Postscript on fasting

Yesterday I fasted for twenty-four hours but I must add a few more words about what I said on Monday, where I linked videos about fasting from two different fields of nutrition: the lecture of a Chinese and his linked book about a very low carbohydrate diet, and the whole food plant-based diet that does allow carbs in our diet: a lifestyle that eliminates all meat and derivatives of animals; sugar, salt and even cooking oils.

As I said in my post on Monday, I was on a keto diet until I discovered the whole food plant-based diet, which has two huge advantages over the keto diet: it is not involved in the martyrdom of animals and it prolongs our lives far more than those on the very low-carb diet. See for example the first half hour of this interview (after 1:43 Joel Kahn MD tells us about the fasting mimicking diet of five days every month).

One of the fundamental things that the priest of the 4/14 words must do is to stay alive and healthy in this world so that when the international monetary system collapses (see my post yesterday) he will inherit the planet.

The asteroid that will hit our enemies is going to fall. Who would say that a very modest creature, a cute mammal, was going to be the unlikely inheritor of the dinosaurs’ planet? The trick is to stay alive and healthy while the giants die. Eating fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes will make us longer-lived than carnivorous humans.

Single-video course

I said recently that Richard Spencer underestimated the economic situation of his country by predicting that inflation was going to occur (I predict hyperinflation). Now that government spending is going to the roof under Biden (e.g., he has just unveiled a $ 1.9 trillion ‘covid relief package’ that includes $ 1,400 checks for each citizen and a $ 15 minimum wage), it is clear that we are approaching the crisis that I have been predicting since WordPress hosts The West’s Darkest Hour.

While on this site I have linked to courses on the coming economic collapse, such as the video series Maloney and Martenson filmed independently, I can now introduce the topic through a single video by Tim Delmastro. Tim, the director and producer, had kindly sent me for free the DVD in 2014, before his documentary was available on YouTube:

Johnson talks to Woes

‘Nothing changes without blood flowing’.

—Tom Metzger

Yesterday I listened to what Greg Johnson and Millennial Woes have to say about the recent events in Congress and was impressed that, unlike the racialists I have been mentioning recently, Johnson openly stated something that strikes me as true: that the Democrats stole the election (cf. what I said last year about how the 1988 Mexican election resembles the 2020 one in the US).

Johnson speaks well but he told Woes that through words (presumably, more essays and podcasts) will change be achieved. Does Johnson believe that it is possible to create an ethnostate without any violence, merely through our racialist webzines? In his dialogue with the Scotsman, instead of a revolution Johnson hopes that a politically powerful, or economically influential dude will, one day, be seduced by our cause. This is the mentality that I have been tagging as ‘feminised Aryan males’ as Aryans of the past simply plotted how to take power by arms. They never imagined that taking power was possible only through words!

I also didn’t like those jargon donations I don’t understand (‘ice cream’, etc.), which constantly interrupted Johnson’s dialogue with Woes (the latter is pictured). But still: to date, what Johnson said is the most reasonable thing I have come across in racialist forums about this month’s events in the US. This shows the levels of feminisation suffered in white nationalism today.

French Revolution Who We Are (book)

How to properly storm the Bastille

William Pierce’s Who We Are could be the myth that would emerge in a movement that leaves behind the failed ‘race realist’ methods that Michael O’Meara warned us about a decade ago. Unlike Jared Taylor, O’Meara believed in the overwhelming power of myth to create a great civilisation. The only thing that will return the soul to the European-descended peoples will be a pro-white myth, something analogous to LOTR but that did happen in the real world. That myth begins with stories. (Alas, the current story of the West is ethnocentrism for Jews—Old Testament—but egalitarian universalism for whites—New Testament ethics.)

Last year I quoted a Counter-Currents commenter, Rhodok, about five possible reactions for whitey:

    1) Fucking die already (the hopeless pessimists)
    2) Grovel harder (what some feminised whites are doing)
    3) Ignore and hope (what most whites are doing)
    4) Race realism (ethnonationalism)
    5) Become the racist they fear (killing mode)

Rhodok added: ‘I am afraid that many people will not even pause at option four but go directly to option five’. However, without an inspiring story, something infinitely tougher than mere race realism (science isn’t a myth), potential violence turns into a ridiculous Joker-type act that not only leads Americans nowhere but is counterproductive: as we already know after this month’s fiasco. For a revolution to triumph the fourth Rhodok step is unavoidable. We need a new story! Even the revolutions that uncovered Pandora’s box, the French and the Russian, triumphed based on a bad story (egalitarianism).

Why ‘something infinitely tougher than race realism’ I said above (just see the ridiculous title of AmRen’s latest essay, ‘MAGA Patriots: The Best of People in the Worst of Times’)? Yesterday I listened to the talk between Matt Parrott and Hunter Wallace about the recent American catastrophe. At about 1:11, if I remember correctly, Parrott confirmed ‘I am a Christian’. It’s funny, as Wallace said that after a decade of trying to argue with normies and conservatives he realised it was useless. As more days of January go by, I realise something similar: it was useless for me to argue even with folks like Parrott and Wallace if they are unable to recognise that their religion is involved in the current psychosis suffered by the white man.

Let us remember that only the countries that were vehemently Christian currently suffer from rampant liberalism, in the sense of psychotic egalitarianism: something that also applies to Latin America, although there are very few pure whites here where I live. But back to Parrott and Wallace. It is precisely their mania to obey the Jew who wrote the gospel which prevents them from climbing Mauricio’s ladder. And the best way to start climbing it is to read the only non-fiction book that came from Pierce’s pen.

On American bonobos

It is tiring to iterate the same in new entries but what I have recently said about The Occidental Observer, Counter-Currents and American Renaissance in the context of the events of January 6 can also be said about other figures in the movement: Richard Spencer and Brad Griffin. Yesterday I listened to the dialogue between the latter two: the same civil and non-revolutionary thought as always.

It would also be tiring to repeat myself that Westerners, for reasons of a milieu of false abundance (see pages 13-15 of this text), are in happy mode and that they have to transit to angry mode (something more masculine than what recently happened in the US), combat mode (defend your homes with guns after the chimps-out start again) and finally killing mode (revolution).

The fact that throughout the dissident forums there is no talk of revolution, not even as a long-term goal, speaks volumes about the ‘bonobo’ state that white men, including racialists, find themselves in.

Fortunately for our point of view, the bonobo paradise for humans is artificial and soon an angel with a sword will expel them from it. In another recent interview, Spencer spoke for a while about the looming inflation in his country. But he fell short: what lies ahead once the new administration begins to distribute those two thousand dollars to each citizen during the pandemic is hyperinflation, not mere inflation.

It would also be tiring to repeat myself on the subject of the coming collapse of the dollar, although once again: the parallel with the Germans of the Third Reich, in contrast to the American racialists of today, couldn’t be more paradigmatic insofar as the Germans had precisely suffered the hyperinflationary stage of the Deutsche Mark before a genuine revolution of thought took place: something that the Americans still have to suffer.

I don’t know if the thoughtpolice is going to take down the YouTube audio linked above in which Spencer chats with Griffin. But one of the YouTube commenters nailed them with these words: ‘Richard “perfectly legal streams” Spencer’. Paraphrasing a featured author of this site, the Spaniard Evropa Soberana, we could add: The American bonobo knows no pain, no honour, no blood, no war, no sacrifice, no camaraderie, no respect or combat; and thus he doesn’t know the ancient and gentle Goddesses known as Gloria or Victoria.

There won’t be a PO box

It will not be possible to rent a PO box in the country where I live, as I had recently promised. I have just returned from the offices and they informed me that my full name had to come, as addressee, in each envelope that arrived at the post office box. As I recently had problems because a (Jewish?) woman complained to relatives of mine, a woman whose son guessed who’s C.T., I can’t afford to keep putting my full name on this site or allow that envelopes are being addressed to me.

The idea of renting a PO box was not bad considering what will happen to the pro-white sites once the new administration is inaugurated: we will have to return to more archaic forms of communication. I would suggest that those interested in not losing contact with me write down my email address that appears on the sidebar: the only way to keep in touch after the US enters a state of complete anti-white totalitarianism.

The American elites have already been able, in the past few days, to deplatform Trump and his fans across the internet, and even threaten not to give jobs in the real world to those who have supported him. And this happens before Biden’s inauguration. We can already imagine what will come next…

By the way, yesterday and today I visited Counter-Currents to see who Johnson was posting in the aftermath of the event in the Capitol. The same old conservatives keep writing there. Let’s remember Commander Rockwell’s litmus test to distinguish who’s a conservative and who’s a National Socialist: the conservative wants to protect his social status and money, the National Socialist wants to protect his race.

From this angle, all those who claim to defend the white race on the internet are, in reality, conservatives: as no one begins to speak of revolution by quoting those famous words of President JFK.* It was last week when I used a commenter’s words ‘Civil war or the gulags. That’s now the choice and whites should take chances with the former’. But white advocates insist on remaining de facto conservatives.

Although I can’t be sure that the woman who complained to my family is Jewish (they don’t want to tell me her name), it’s worth ending this post with some humorous links. What bothered the woman the most is the little swastika that appears at the top of this page and what I wrote about Beth’s beautiful tits (after she complained I added this and this).

On fasting

Less than a year ago I wrote ‘Keto diet and the 4 words’. Taking into account that every winter I catch the terrible flu (as terrible as the symptoms of covid), I decided to try the keto diet for the last six months while consuming vitamin D3. Until this day of January I haven’t had another flu. But yesterday I discovered that it’s possible to get all the benefits of the keto diet without violating the four words.

The revelation began after watching Rich Roll’s interview with Dr. Alan Goldhamer, a video with more than 809,000 views that was uploaded last August. The trick is prolonged fasting: something that the ancient Greeks did, a kind of detox as a Chinese dude explains.

(Left, the second day of the ancient Greek festival Thesmophoria was a day of fasting.) Rich Roll also interviewed Dr. Michael Klaper, who spoke about his childhood experiences in his grandfather’s farm as the starting point for why not we mustn’t be involved in tormenting animals, not even by consuming dairy (on the keto diet I had to consume lots of butter).

I haven’t started this a hundred percent vegan diet with long fasts yet, although I’m preparing myself. I might purchase a textbook that explains the tremendous benefits of fasting more formally than the videos linked above. Fasting also produces ketosis, the goal of the keto diet, although to produce this ideal state to burn all unnecessary fat you have to fast several days a month, at least initially.

Another reason for discontinuing the comment section is that the visitors didn’t seem to reflect the dreams of my idols Hitler, Himmler, and Göring when it comes to vegetarianism and animal welfare. A true priest of the 4 and 14 words may be able to exterminate the Neanderthals, but never cause unnecessary suffering in our cousins, the animals. (See for example Hitler’s table talks about vegetarianism below, in the categories box after the words ‘Published in…’)

Why I almost closed the comments section

Although at the moment the sticky post on my most recent compilation of texts is open for comments, I think I must continue to confess why I basically removed the comments section on the first day of the year.

In my previous post today, ‘Peruvian Hannibals Lecter’, I’ve mentioned Day of Wrath once again. Those who have assimilated the content of that book know what I mean by the concept of ‘psychoclasses’.

Well then: if I don’t want to waste any more time arguing with most of the visitors, it’s because we belong to very different psychoclasses. To me it’s obvious that, say, the massive rape of pubescent girls in Britain by migrants of colour is reason enough for the bloodiest revolution ever told. One of the few women who used to comment here spoke of Vlad the Impaler, Dracula, as the paradigm of how whites should behave. But they do exactly the opposite: even those who demonstrated on the Capitol.

Think for a moment about the gulf that separates the 15th century Vlad from today’s whites, including those on the racialised right (‘racialised right’ is the correct term: as we also saw recently the term ‘white nationalism’ is a misnomer).

Assuming a time warp, what dialogue could Vlad the Impaler have with a typical fellow of the racialised right? None, as today’s whites don’t behave like chimpanzees but like bonobos. And they do so because of a milieu of false abundance (search for that phrase in this text).

Now, remember that a couple of years ago one of my first cousins chimped-out: he killed his daughter and then hanged himself. That tragedy pales in comparison to the hell my sister and I endured long ago. As for me defending the English nymphets (remember the painting Daybreak) is the engine that originally moved me to create this site, we can already imagine how I would defend them.

What can Vlad Drăculea, one of the most important rulers in the history of Wallachia and a national hero of Romania, have in common with the folk who went to the Capitol? See for example what Kevin MacDonald published yesterday, ‘I was at the Washington, D.C. “Save America” rally’. Neither MacDonald nor the author of the most recent article on the same subject published on Counter-Currents would be able to defend their race with the methods that earned Vlad his reputation: so much so that centuries later his patronymic inspired the name of an arch-villainous character in pop culture.

I have often said that Americans are in happy mode. People like those who demonstrated in Washington are starting to transit to angry mode. Those who will defend their houses with guns against the chimp-out assault with the new administration will be in combat mode. But combat mode doesn’t overthrow the government. Due to my hellish past I’m already in killing mode (let’s wipe out all the enemies!), and have been in that stage for decades.

Some of the folk who have visited this site are much closer to the racialised right than to the bloodthirsty methods we need to reclaim the West. But due to the false milieu of western abundance after WWII, the blonde beast of yesteryear has been emasculated to the degree that even Pierce’s fiction doesn’t resonate in his mind.

I can’t keep talking to people who, from the viewpoint of my psychological Rubicon, are stuck between happy mode and angry mode. Today’s circumstances are even direr than those faced by the Romanian hero, as the very existence of the race is at stake, and I don’t see an adequate reaction, at least an internal leap to a more advanced psychoclass (‘internal’, as as charging against the enemy is premature for the moment).

So this site will remain virtually closed to comments until they transition to combat and killing modes, although by then we’ll have moved to the dark web or even regular mail, as the repression of free speech will be greater. (I hope next week my PO box will be ready to receive letters.)

Peruvian Hannibals Lecter

I recently said: ‘Mesoamerica’s Amerindians from the Olmecs to the Aztecs (2,500 b.c.e. to 1521 c.e.) were true bastards: a culture of serial killers even of their own children—see the middle of my book Day of Wrath’. But further south, in Peru, the situation was the same and even in cultures at least as old as the Mesoamerican. The following article by Kerry Sullivan, ‘The Gruesome Sacrifice Carvings of Cerro Sechín: A 3,600-Year-Old Ceremonial Centre of Peru’ appeared last month. I reproduce it here so that the visitor may read it without the annoying ads in the original source:

______ 卐 ______

In 1600 B.C., there was no Internet, no television, and no printing press—how then could someone spread a message? For the ancient peoples of northern Peru, the answer was to carve reliefs into stone. Today, experts are not certain what message these ancient artists were trying to transmit at Cerro Sechín, however, the power of the images still resonates. Over 300 images at the site graphically depict (and even dramatise) human sacrifices and the gruesomeness of war. The scenes display a crushing victory by the warrior-priests over unknown enemies, many of whom are only represented as dismembered limbs.

There are several theories as to what the bas-relief images depict. Some say it is evidence an ancient study of anatomy, others say it is the depiction of a mythical battle among the gods. Taken together, it looks like the images show a procession of warriors making their way through the dismembered remains of ordinary people. This has led some people to believe the scene shows a historic battle while others think it depicts a crushed peasant uprising. In any event, one party decidedly defeated the other and the winners unleashed their vengeance on the losers without compassion, possibly part of a gruesome post-victory sacrificial ritual.

Monoliths at Cerro Sechín depicting warriors
and prisoners, the latter are dismembered.

The level of violence is shocking. There are severed heads, arms, and legs; eyeballs taken from a skull and skewered; bleeding corpses; bones bleaching in the sun. What is striking is the high-degree of anatomical accuracy of the body parts, especially the internal organs such as the stomach, kidneys, oesophagus, and intestines. Perhaps this level of insight was gained through scientific dissection but there can be little doubt that whoever the artists were, they had a great familiarity with dismembered bodies. They may have even had the pieces in front of them to look at while they carved.

The carving on the left depicts a stomach and intestines.

Cerro Sechín is situated on a granite hill in the Casma Valley, roughly 168 miles (270 km) north of Peru’s capital city, Lima. The carvings of Cerro Sechín are just one part of the larger Sechín Complex, which covers some 300 to 400 acres (120 to 160 hectares) and includes the Sechín Alto and the Sechín Bajo. The Sechín Alto is a large building complex that served as a temple. It is the largest pre-Columbian monument in Peru. The Sechín Bajo is a large circular plaza that may be the oldest portion of the Sechín Complex. Experts believe that the area served as a gathering point for social and religious purposes.

The archaeological site was first discovered in 1937 by Julio C. Tello, a renowned Peruvian archaeologist. The complex seems to have served as a public monument and ceremonial centre. The Sechín river cuts through the complex and there is evidence of small-scale irrigation agriculture in the area. Its proximity to the ocean (the Pacific is 13km away) suggests that the inhabitants of the Sechín Complex had easy access to the coastal cities and marine goods.

Cerro Sechín stretches over 164,042 feet (50,000 meters) within the Sechín Complex. It is a quadrangular three-tiered stepped platform flanked on each side by two smaller buildings. The monument was constructed in several stages using conical adobes, or large sun-dried bricks with broad circular bases and tapered points, which were then set into clay mortar and plastered over to form wall surfaces.

Little is known about the architects of the Sechín Complex. They were most likely a high-developed society. The north-western coast of Peru was occupied by the Casma/ Sechín people from approximately 2000 B.C. to 900 B.C., meaning that they predated the great Incan society of Peru. Contrary to formerly held beliefs about pre-Columbian societies, the evidence at Sechín suggests that American civilisations were advanced and booming at the same time as Mesopotamia, half a world away. The cities had complex political entanglements and refined religious practices. There was a vibrant trade between the coasts and the interior. Technologies such as woven textiles and irrigation were mastered and commercialised. The population was largely sedentary and under the control of political/religious/cultural elites.

Warfare and raiding between cities were most likely common in those days. The violence of the age lends support to the anatomical familiarity of the artisans as well as to the need to appease vengeful gods with human sacrifices. The Casma/Sechín culture declined around the same time that other Peruvian ceremonial centres declined, suggesting a possible common cause such as a drought or famine.
