Amazon won’t show the book at Amazon until a few days after its publication date. That CreateSpace link you gave takes me to the CreateSpace login screen.

I guess you saw that you could have downloaded a proof-copy as a PDF file and, assuming it was good, given your approval to that, because that is what I did for my own book. I didn’t bother with the print-copy approval process because it would have added at least two weeks to the approval process.
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll insert the real link once I can access to it from another computer, in the next few days.
And yes: I downloaded the proof copy and looks alright.
