I’ve tried to link up with Lulu to purchase your book, but this leads to ‘404 Page not Found’. I could also not find it by searching Lulu. Has Lulu not yet posted it on the website?
Try again, perhaps using another browser. Yesterday a visitor purchased a copy following the above link, as I can see in my STATS page in Lulu. And I can see that the book is still marked as ‘in distribution’ and ‘general access’.
Thanks, I placed the order. I went to the Lulu website and searched for the book and found it.This failed yesterday for some reason.
